When will my order ship out?

Our current processing time is 5-7 business days.  All of our products are made to order, we will try our best to get orders out as soon as possible.  If you are ordering a bandana for a specific date or holiday, please make sure you plan accordingly and place your order in advance.

Why does my product don't look identical as the one on your website?

All of our product are hand cut and sew by hand, so the sizing may be slightly vary from one to another. The pattern position/direction of the fabric may be slightly different than the one on our website.

How do I know which size of bandana to order?

Please refer to our sizing chart if you are unsure which size of bandana to buy for your pet.  Since all bandana are made to order, we cannot accept return for sizing issues.  We always recommend sizing up if you're unsure.  If you have any questions, feel free to email or DM us on instagram before placing an order.

I have entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

If you notice you entered the wrong shipping address after checkout, please email us ASAP at shopbarknshine@gmail.com.  If your package hasn't shipped, we can still change your address.
