Processing Time
Our current processing time is 7-10 days (from the date of order to the shipping date). All products are made to order, and we aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible.
Canadian Shipping
We ship our packages as oversized letter mail, which does not include tracking. Typically, letter mail takes 5-10 business days.
All birthday boxes, birthday hats and crewneck orders are shipped via expedited parcel with tracking.
Bark & Shine is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
We also offer Canada-wide free shipping with tracking on orders over $100 CAD.
United States Shipping
All packages to the U.S. are sent via Canada Post’s Tracked Packet service.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of Bark & Shine products, all online sales are final and non-refundable.
Exchange
Bark & Shine products can only be exchanged if the item is damaged upon arrival. To initiate an exchange, please email us at shopbarknshine@gmail.com with a photo and brief description of the damaged item. Once the exchange is approved, you are responsible for the return postage costs. After we receive the item, we will process an exchange for another item of equal value and cover the shipping costs of the outgoing package. Please note that any damage caused by pets is not eligible for exchange.
